She explains the process very well, and makes you feel very comfortable and puts you at ease immediately! I LOVE the eyebrows & eyeliner Heather did an incredible job with no pain. I had the procedure done somewhere else a few years ago & it hurt so bad I wouldn't go back for the touchup. I have 5 regular tattoos so I know what it feels like but it hurt a heck of a lot worse than they ever did. So I was a bit apprehensive about having it done again but Heather has a very calming way about her & I almost fell asleep when she was doing my eyebrows. I am telling everyone about how good & painfree she is and I will never go to anyone else again.

This was not my first experience with having eyeliner put on but it was definitely the best! Heather had to fix someone else's mistake and did a wonderful job. She does a great job making you feel calm and comfortable before she even gets started. Virtually painfree I couldn't believe it! The other person that I had do it before used an tattoo gun and it hurt like you know what. This was great! I would highly recommend Heather to anyone who would like to get some work done!!! I am thinking of going back for the eyebrows next.

As you know my first experience was not good at all, it hurt so much that I did not go back to get it finished. With you I hardly even felt it and I LOVE my results. I have already told several people about you. You were so gentle and caring and made me feel very comfortable which was no easy task. I even went to my exercise class a few hours later with no problems. Last time I did not go out of my house for three days because I was so swollen and bruised up.
