Heather Wendt is a Registered Nurse and a graduate of The Wisconsin Institute of Permanent Cosmetics in Sun Prairie, Wisconsin.
Heather has been exposed to the world of permanent cosmetics for almost a decade as her mother was trained in California and she was able to observe her for many years in her career as a permanent make up artist.
Heather is licensed by the state of Wisconsin for her tattooist license and has an operational license from the Polk County Health Department.
